2day hab p.e, and we do th warming up by jogging around th school hall, and then, do some exercises. i wan 2 specificly say one of the warm up exercise...
th 90 degree, wad 60 degree thing, the ur leg above th ground, and ur butt sticking on the ground... veri er xin leh, i did not do haha! and then we do th running thing lah, the speed 1...
hated th sikening floor lah!
make mi soooo slow! haha many smellyfoot..
th average feastest runner in our class is bryan..
